由全國政協副主席梁振英牽頭成立的「803基金」，就黑暴案件進行懸賞，當中涉及暴力衝擊、毆打市民、毀壞車輛等等。日前梁振英在個人社交網站透露，為讓全社會了解案件的基本資料，他指相關的資料已被更新，包括被告姓名、年齡、職業、控罪、處理案件的法庭和法官，一共加至635人，並透露日內會再上載。
